Other Amenities

Courts usually have toilets on every floor. Some toilets are available for disabled people. There are also some rooms available for general use, such as preparing for your matter. If someone else is using one of those rooms, then you cannot use the room at that time.

If you have problems with your hearing, there may be devices available to assist you in hearing what is being said, such as a hearing loop device. If you think you will require a hearing loop, you should tell the staff at the registry, who may be able to arrange that for you.  You may also be able to use a portable hearing device, if there is one available at the courtroom.  You can ask the court staff about this.
